Alpha Male :: The pack's leading male.
Alpha Female :: The pack's leading female.
Beta :: Basically the alpha's right-hand. S/he is in charge of everything when the alpha is not around and has many similar powers as the alpha. If the alpha is absent for some reason it is the beta who is trusted to be in charge. This position has to be earned by someone the alpha can trust.
Gamma :: The chief adviser's of the alpha. They make suggestions of how to make the pack better. This position has to be earned by someone the alpha can trust.
General :: Basically this is the member that leads the soldiers in the pack's army. They hold many great responsibilities and must be trusted by the alpha.
Soldiers :: These are the pack's fighters. They must be strong and have high endurance. They follow the orders of the general and are held in high regard of the pack members.
Cadets :: These are the soldiers in training.
Captain of the Guard :: This member is, in short, the leader of the guardians.
Guardians :: These members are held in respect of the pack. They guard us from any intruders or invasions. They are our protectors and therefore high up on the ranking chart.
Trainees :: Guards in training.
Veteran :: These are the canines who can no longer fight or be of any assistance otherwise. They are greatly respected for the times when they themselves were young.
Scout :: Members who are sent out to survey areas, checking up on where and when other packs have passed or where they have decided to settle.
Apprentices :: Younger members who are trained to learn a specific skill - guard, soldier, scout, etc. They are ranked higher than the mid-ranking members simply due to their willingness to help the pack.
Mid-Ranking Member :: Regular members of the pack who have no specific duties.
Heir :: The alpha's pups.
Pup :: Canines who are too young for any real jobs.
Omega :: These are the lowest ranking members of the pack. They are either shamed or have no talents and are even excluded from the mid-ranking members. Feel free to pick on them. The reason that there are only six at a time is that if we get too many they must be chased off from the pack.
Rogue :: These are the canines who have been marked as traitors and chased from the pack lands. They are not allowed anywhere near other members for they can be hostile. If confronted, try to remind them how we did them a kindness of not killing them on the spot.
